The agencies and individuals within the Fayetteville/Cumberland County Continuum of Care (CoC) on Homelessness network collaborates to better serve clients in need and to ensure programs are implemented with efficiency and effectiveness. Part of that process entails collecting client level data; managing community resources; and submitting accurate reports to that provides updated statistics on the state of homelessness in the community.
As mandated by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), the CoC submits the following reports which can be access by clicking on the link:
- Point-in-Time Homeless Count
- Annual Homeless Assessment Report
- Systems Performance Measures
Client level data is collected by participating providers using a homeless management information system (HMIS).
