Cumberland County Continuum of Care (CoC) on Homelessness announces the Department of Housing and Urban Development’s (HUD) 2014 Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) for Homeless Assistance programs. The purpose of this NOFA is to fund projects that will fill gaps in locally developed Continuum of Care systems to assist homeless persons to move to self-sufficiency and permanent housing.  The following programs are available for funding thru the CoC program:

 – Permanent Supportive Housing Bonus (For New Projects) – Project must exclusively serve chronically homeless individuals and/or families.
