Welcome Welcome to Cumberland County Continuum of Care (CoC) on Homelessness. The CoC is a local planning body that coordinates housing and services for homeless families and individuals. The CoC plans and coordinates a comprehensive housing and services delivery system consisting of emergency, transitional, and permanent housing, and services that address the various needs of homeless persons and persons at risk of being homeless. This CoC website was develop to: Inform the public on housing and services available for individuals and families who are experiencing homelessness; Serve as a portal for providers to access information on funding opportunities through federal, state, and local resources; Educate the community about homelessness and provide data statistics on the homeless populations and subpopulations; Provide an update on upcoming community-related events and CoC meetings; Recruit Volunteers and CoC members that have the desire and dedication to want to help end homelessness; and Give donors the opportunity to make a difference in a person’s life who is homeless or at-risk of being homeless For more information about the CoC, please submit your inquiries to email@example.com.
